Creating Orders from Patient Visits

The primary way to provide DME products to Patients is in the Patient Visits section. Once you've loaded the Patient Visit into the system or found the Patient Visit in the list of Patient Visits, simply click the blue +Create MyDMEDoc order. You can also quickly and easily locate the Patient Visit to create an order for by selecting from the 10 most recent Patient Visits in a given day from the Today's Patient Visits on the Dashboard. 

MyDMEDoc will suggest products for each Diagnostic Code for each Patient Visit. Products are displayed in a simple layout for quick and easy ordering. If you do you not see the product you are looking or would like to add additional products to your order, you may manually search for products and add them to your order. Search by Product Name or select from the available Categories and Manufacturers to locate the desired Product. Click on a Product Image to view the product details, variations and specifications. Click the Add to Order button to add the product to your order.
