Patient Visits are able to be identified quickly and easily. Patient Visit searching may be filtered by any combination of Practice, Provider, First Name, Last Name, and/or Date of Visit.
For Practice and Provider filtering, select the practice or provider from the available selections in the dropdown.
For filtering by Patient name, type in any portion of the Patient's first or last name.
For filtering by a date for the Patient Visit, enter a single date in the left box. To filter for a date range, enter a date in the left and right box.
Once you have entered the criteria for filtering your results, press the Search button.
(Note: you may collapse the filter options by selecting Filter List)
