Creating new Patient Visits

Select the Patient Visits section on the top middle of the page. Select +Create New. Enter all of the required patient information and click the Create Patient Visit button. Most importantly, make sure the Physician Notes and Diagnostic codes are entered accurately, as these are the two primary pieces of information that My DME Doc software uses to properly source DME products for patients.
