Physician Notes are required for all Patient Visits. Physician Notes may be typed into the Physician Notes section on the Create Patient Visit section or the Notes section of the Edit Patient Visit section.
Oftentimes, Physician Notes will be re-used for common medical ailments. In these cases, select Quick Notes right next to Physician Notes. In the Quick Notes pop-up window, you may either select a saved Quick Note from the dropdown list or you may add a new quick note by selecting add a new quick note. Once you have selected the saved quick note you'd like to use or finished the new quick note to add, click the Save Quick Note button.
